是帶去學校給媽媽們的點心..
因為阿豆阿不太吃中式點心或太清淡的蛋糕,
我就做他們慣吃的馬芬.

食譜是在www.allrecipes.com找的
哪藍莓馬芬的名字叫"To-die-for blueberry muffin"
中文該翻譯成"好吃的要死"嘛??? 哈哈哈真好笑

藍莓馬芬真的十分十分好吃
蘋果也不錯
但是我最愛藍莓
一出爐我就喀掉四個(迷你的馬芬啦)
呵呵呵


To Die For Blueberry Muffins

"Big blueberry flavor warrants big muffins, so fill the cups right up for oversized muffins that will please everyone. The cinnamon-sugar streusel is the crowning glory."

INGREDIENTS:                                           材料:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour                     中筋麵粉        11/2杯
3/4 cup white sugar                                   砂糖                   3/4杯
1/2 teaspoon salt                                       鹽      1/2小匙
2 teaspoons baking powder                   泡打粉               2小匙
1/3 cup vegetable oil                                 植物油               1/3杯
1 egg                                                            蛋                         1 個
1/3 cup milk                                                牛奶                   1/3杯
1 cup fresh blueberries                           新鮮藍莓               1杯

for topping                                                 上層配料:
1/2 cup white sugar                                 糖                         1/2杯
1/3 cup all-purpose flour                        中筋麵粉             1/3杯
1/4 cup butter, cubed                               奶油       1/4杯 切小塊
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon      肉桂粉          11/2小匙


DIRECTIONS:
做法:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.  
     預熱烤箱400F (200C).  馬芬杯抹油防沾或是鋪上烤杯.
2. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. 
    混合11/2杯麵粉3/4杯糖鹽跟泡打粉
Place vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup.
Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
3. To Make Crumb Topping: Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Mix with fork, and sprinkle over muffins before baking.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done

那topping就是灑在上面的料
混和好是像碎米粒般的粗粉
我用了一半就夠了
剩的一半topping我就灑在蘋果馬芬上.
灑了這個料, 頂就會脆脆酥酥, 加分很多.

Apple Strudel Muffins

"These apple muffins with a crumbly cinnamon topping will smell so good in the oven, you'll want to bake a batch each morning!"
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped apples

Topping
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar and eggs until smooth.
Mix in vanilla. Stir in apples, and gradually blend in the flour mixture.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin pan.
4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until mixture is like coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over tops of mixture in muffin pan.
5. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow to sit 5 minutes before removing muffins from pan. Cool on a wire rack.

但是我只做一半的量
但是蘋果量不變
看了別人留的評語
建議用雙倍的蘋果, 果然很好吃!
但是我用的蘋果是富士蘋果, 這樣有一咪咪過甜
如果用綠色酸蘋果應該更好吃
大約做24個迷你馬芬.
